Today is a great day, i had presentation day with member at Gemilang Hall UniKL BMI. Alhamdulillah all preparation and supported from lecturer and friend during presentation. But, Dr. Izanoordina said must be more do the research and upgrade about smart mailbox. she also give a tips and advice to improve my project in future.

Today, I made the research my project about the Internet of Things (IOT) system. The (IOT) is the network of physical objects, devices, vehicles, buildings and other items which are embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and network connectivity which enables these objects to collect and exchange data.

The (IOT) also allows objects to be sensed and controlled remotely across existing network infrastructure, creating opportunities’ for more direct integration of the physical world into computer-based systems and resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy and economic benefit. 

 So, I want to add the IOT system to monitor and observe the status of door lock on mailbox about safety is really useful. the result IOT using system lock must spending a big budget to create really great safety on the mailbox door. But, this project i think just prototype and maybe can put this statement on future scope project.

Today, After mid semester break i had final FYP briefing at TTL 1. In this briefing, the speaker told the students about the assessment marks during the Final Year Project 1. The details are below:

1) Blog - 30%

2) Proposal presentation - 35%

3) Report - 35%

Today, i had to prepared presentation slide for FYP 1 at Gemilang Hall UniKL BMI. The presentation slide must have do it until chapter 3 (Methodology). At the same time, i send the presentation slide through Mr. Izwan Arief email to check the main Objectives and whole titles is appropriate with smart mailbox project.

Furthermore, i download the assessor document from Whatapps and got two assessor from Electrical section to assess me during presentation day.
