This week i try to get some an ideas to create the Smart Mailbox casing. I choose the wood as my design to create my Smart Mailbox. Why i do not choose the other material like perspex because its very expensive. So, i try hard to save my money and get some recycle wood from waste disposal at my hometown.

Finally, The Smart Mailbox case have done finished. After that, i will bring this case to Gombak and making a wiring system on the Smart Mailbox.

This week i target to make (LCD coding, ESP8266 NodeMCU coding and Servo Motor SG90 coding). But, i'm not officially declare the whole project will complete immediately. i make sure to show the progress in step-by-step. First things, i want to create the LCD 16x2 code program.

This is original circuit that i take from internet. The LCD process have two submenu to selected. But i modified a little part like RED LED will be remove and RGB Common Cathode will be replaced with three LED (RED/GREEN/YELLOW). Then, replaced the LED terminal Analog port A5 to Digital port 11.

While the coding also have a few changing part like teo submenu will be replaced into one submenu only. Finally, the first page display for LCD 16x2 is completed.

Today, i want research about connection between Arduino 101 and Blynk applications. i already test the board repeatedly check the connection, library updated, Arduino software updated and Blynk. i told to friend's and discuss about this IOT cannot be successful. Last semester he also use the same Arduino 101 board to his project and successful to solve the board problem. He say i need to do more research and find the solution at the Arduino 101 forum.

Then, i got clues from this forum to downgrade the Arduino 101 library 2.0.2 to 1.0.7. Majority users discuss about this updated version for Arduino 101 library must be downgrade. this conversation started from Jan 2017 until Feb 2018 has been read by me and talk about library version and the software not really launched perfectly. But, i try to downgrade the Arduino 101 library to 1.0.7 version and get the problem result from uploding the coding to Arduino 101. That also same problem when i try to connect Android and Iphone to Arduino 101.

Next options i decided to finds a new Arduino UNO board and ESP8266 NodeMCU as my IOT connection system.

I decide to buy a few component at 12-4-1 (4th Floor), Block D, Diamond Square,, Jalan Semarak Api 3,, Off Jalan Gombak,, Gombak, 53000 Wilayah Persekutuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

The previous IOT component used in my project is Arduino 101 and work as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) system was problem. The BLE cannot synchronous pairing each other with Blynk application. Then, i was change my second plan to use ESP8266 NodeMCU as my project. This NodeMCU can be program in two categories (Web Server and Modem Wifi). So, i take time to do some research related with this component. 

The comparison between Web Server and Modem is very different. The Web Server is used difficult language and use the other application software to create the program. So, as usual i choose the Modem Wifi because the program software is very simple and just paste the token from Blynk and paste into Arduino Software. Then, The arduino Software also have a guideline for user to create any types of program related what the component are chosen.   

While the Arduino use for sending the code into LCD 16x2. The LCD will display 3 different types of operation and will choosen by postman. This trial, i just create the menu display in 3 types (Flyers, Mails and Catalog) for choosen.
